Pray for Yusuf Buhari - Governor Aregbesola begs Nigerians

- The Osun state governor has enjoined all Nigerians to pray for Yusuf Buhari's recovery
- Rauf Aregbesola said prayers for Yusuf's recovery is a necessary support for the President Buhari's administration
- Aregbesola said the comfort of the president determines the comfort of all Nigerians
The governor of Osun state, Rauf Aregbesola, has called on all Nigerians to join in praying for the son of President Muhammadu Buhari, Yusuf.
Aregbesola while speaking at the closing ceremony of
the 19th edition of the Annual National Conference organised by the Jama’atu Ta’awunil Muslimeen (Society of Nigeria), at City Hall, Iwo, said Nigerians must join to pray for Yusuf's recovery.
The governor said the the prayer for Yusuf's recovery would be a necessary support for the President Buhari's administration.

He said: “The comfort of the President is the comfort of all.”
“I am happy that every religion emphasises this. As it is, something important we can do to support the present administration is to pray and fast for the leaders.
“As we all know the condition of President Buhari’s son. I urge Nigerians, regardless of our socioeconomic, political and ethnic differences, to pray for the quick recovery of Yusuf Buhari, who is currently recuperating,"
Aregbesola said.

NAIJ.com earlier reported that the first lady, Aisha Buhari had thanked Nigerians and the team of doctors who worked together in the treatment of Yusuf at a private hospital in Abuja.
Yusuf was involved in an accident alongside his friend, Bashir Gwandu, in Gwarimpa, Abuja, and was rushed to the hospital.

The First Lady said Yusuf was attended to by a team of medical professionals led by the minister of health, Isaac Adewole; three professors among many other medical experts.
